Mom's finally back from Jakarta. I've been searching for some diet menus since just now and I found some easy but effective ones. I feel like sharing the menus. First is the grapefruit diet:
Day 1
Breakfast: grapefruit or juice without sugar, 2 slices of ham weight of 25 grams, coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit and vegetable salad seasoned with lemon juice. Portion 250 Coffee or tea.
Dinner: boiled meat 150 g fresh weight, green salad with lemon juice (200 g), tea with a spoonful of honey.
Day 2
Breakfast: grapefruit or juice from it + 2 eggs (not fried), tea, coffee without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit + 50 g cheese
Dinner: 200 g fish, a big salad of green vegetables dressed with lemon-olive oil + a piece of black bread (20 grams).
Day 3
Breakfast: grapefruit or juice from it. Two tablespoons of oatmeal with a tablespoon of raisins, chopped nuts 2.3) with the addition of skim milk (4 tablespoons).
Lunch: grapefruit, a cup of vegetable soup.
Dinner: half grapefruit (eat before going to sleep), 200 g of chicken), 2 baked tomatoes. Tea.
Day 4
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice, boiled egg, tea with lemon.
Lunch: grapefruit + big salad of carrots or green vegetables (cucumber, pepper, celery, lettuce, broccoli, etc.) with a lemon-olive oil + a piece of bread or toast.
Dinner: boiled or stewed vegetables – cabbage, beets, carrots, celery, zucchini. You can use any combination except potatoes and corn (no more than 400 g). Tea. At night, a glass of juice or fresh grapefruit.
Day 5
Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: baked potato with a big salad of cabbage or any green vegetable (200 g).
Dinner: beef steak (200 g) or chicken (250 g) or fish (250 g). Baked tomatoes or tomato juice. At night grapefruit or juice.
6 and 7, the day you can choose any of the above on request.
Second one is the 3 days diet (10 pounds):
Day 1
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal
1/2 grapefruit or juice
1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Lunch
1/2 cup tuna
1 piece toast
Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal
Dinner
3 ounces any lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream
Day 2
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 piece toast
Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
8 regular saltine crackers
Dinner
2 beef franks
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
Day 3
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal
5 regular saltine crackers
1 ounce cheddar cheese
1 apple
Lunch
Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal
1 boiled egg
1 piece toast
Dinner
1 cup tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
In addition to its strict daily food prescription, dieters drink 4 cups of water or noncaloric drinks daily.
Which one do you think is easier? I'm thinking of trying the 3 days diet menu. It's simpler and faster. What do you think?
